fa بررسی شیوع اختلالات عضلانی استخوانی در جانبازان نابینای ایران <p><strong>مقدمه:</strong> نابینایی موجب نوع خاصی از تحرک با بدن خمیده و گام های کوتاه می گردد. این تغیرات تحرکی در نابینایان خاستگاه فشار بر بافتهای عضلانی استخوانی و اختلالات متعدد عضلانی استخوانی منتج از آن می گردد.</p> <p><strong>هدف</strong>: هدف این مطالعه تعیین شیوع دردهای عضلانی استخوانی در جانبازان نابینای کشور می باشد.</p> <p><strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: در این مطالعه مقطعی مقایسه ای داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه در 385 جانباز نابینای شرکت کننده در اردوی تفریحی درمانی جانبازان نابینای کشور در سال 1385 گرداوری گردید.</p> <p><strong>نتایج:</strong> این مطالعه شیوع بالای دردهای عضلانی استخوانی را در جانبازان نابینا نشان داد. همچنین مطالعه حاضر شیوع بالای تغیرات وضعیتی را نشان داد. بحث: بر اساس یافته ها شیوع دردهای عضلانی استخوانی در جانبازان نابینا بالاتر است که باید برای برای پیشگیری و درمان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</p> <p>Introduction: The blindness makes specific kind of locomotion with characteristic bending of body, stepping gate and short steps. These changes in blind locomotion originate stress on musculo skeletal tissue and different musculo skeletal dysfunctions. Aim: The aim of these study is determining the epidemiology of musculo skeletal pain in blind veterans. Material and methods: in this cross sectional study we have collected data by questionnaire and have examined from all of 385 blind veteran who have participated in therapeutic and sportive camp of Iranian blinds veterans. (Mashhad, Iran 2005) Result: this study show high prevalence of musculo skeletal pain in blind veterans. Other finding of our study was high prevalence of postural deformities in blind veterans.
