fa کاربرد پرسشنامه ها در ارزیابی سوکت پروتزهای اندام تحتانی The Usage of Questionnaires in Assessment of the Socket in Lower Limb Prosthetics مقدمه: در گذشته ابزار مناسبی برای تقسیم بندی افراد آمپوته جهت تجویز پروتز مناسب برای آنها وجود نداشت، ولی امروزه پرسشنامههای بسیاری در دسترس می باشند که در نقاط مختلف جهان مورد استفاده قرار گرفتهاند و پایایی و روایی آنها مستند شده است. اکثر پروتزیستها نیز به این حقیقت واقفند که تجویز و ساخت پروتز بایستی بر مبنای نیاز واقعی آمپوته انجام شود. پرسشنامهها از مهم ترین ابزارها در انجام مطالعات کیفی هستند. آنها ممکن است توسّط آمپوته یا خود پژوهشگر، از طریق مصاحبه با آمپوته یا براساس توضیحات بیمار تکمیل شوند. استفاده از نمرات حاصل از پرسشنامههای مختلف که در مورد توانایی، عملکرد و راحتی سوکت می باشد، راهی برای کمّیسازی متغیّرهای کیفی است. امروزه پرسشنامههایی در مورد استفاده از پروتز، جنبههای عملکردی آن و فعالیّتهای عمومی آمپوته وجوددارد (1-3)، ولی هیچ‌کدام از آنها اطلاعات کاملی در مورد این که چگونه پروتزی متناسب با توانایی واقعی یک آمپوته باید ساخت، ارائه نمیکنند. هدف: در این مقاله به معرّفی برخی از ابزارهای کمّیسازی دادههای کیفی مانند: PEQ، BPI، SCS و DMERC که در مطالعات پروتزهای اندام تحتانی کاربرد دارند، میپردازیم.   Introduction: Nowadays, there are many questionnaires available, validated & used worldwide. Today Most of the prosthetists are aware of the fact that prescribing & fitting the prostheses should be based on the real requirements of the amputee. Questionnaires are amongst the most important tools in qualitative research that may be filled out by the amputee, him/herself or the researcher via interview with the amputee.   Results : The resultant scores may be a tool to quantify the qualitative modules about the amputee’s function & socket comfort.
