fa بررسی تاثیر طب سوزنی بر روی نقاط ماشه ای شانه در بیماران مبتلا به سندرم درد عضلانی <p>&nbsp;<strong> مقدمه: </strong>نقاط ماشه‌ای در بیمارانی که با درد اسکلتی- عضلانی به درمانگاه‌ها مراجعه می‌کنند، به طور شایع دیده می‌شود. این نقاط به صورت نقطه‌های دردناک و قابل لمس در باندهای رشته‌ای ماهیچه‌ای هستند که تحریک آن‌ها با لمس یا فشار، سبب ایجاد درد موضعی یا راجعه در آن نقاط می‌شود.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> هدف: </strong>هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر طب سوزنی بر روی نقاط ماشه‌ای شانه در بیماران مبتلا به سندرم درد عضلانی می‌باشد.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>در این مطالعه از بین مراجعه‌کنندگان به درمانگاه‌های طب فیزیکی و توانبخشی، پس از معاینه و بررسی‌های کامل، 18 بیمار(7مرد و 11 زن) که از درد دو طرف شانه شکایت داشتند، انتخاب شدند. این بیماران در هر دو سمت در شانه نقاط ماشه‌ای داشتند. شانه یک سمت تحت درمان با طب سوزنی(3 جلسه به فاصله هر 4 روز) قرار گرفت. اما شانه سمت دیگر فقط با دست لمس شد و درمانی را دریافت نکرد.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>مطابق نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، میزان کاهش درد در سمت تحت درمان با طب سوزنی نسبت به سمت مقابل معنی‌دار بود (0.0001>p). همچنین حرکات فعال و غیرفعال چرخش رو به داخل شانه و نیز آستانه تحمل درد بیماران در سمت تحت درمان با طب سوزنی نسبت به سمت مقابل معنی‌دار بود (0.0001>p).</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>طب سوزنی از طریق تحریک رشته‌های عصبی با قطر کم و نیز افزایش آزادسازی نروترانسمیترها باعث توقف پیام‌های درد می‌شود و اثر سرکوب‌کننده‌ای بر روی نقاط ماشه‌ای دارد و باعث کاهش درد می‌شود.</p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Trigger Points (TrPs) appear to be common among patients with clinically significant<br> musculoskeletal pain. These points include circumscribed spot tenderness in a nodule that is part of a palpably<br> tense band of muscle fibers. Patients recognition of the pain that is evoked by pressure on the tender spot as<br> being familiar, pain referred in the pattern characteristic of Trps in that muscle.<br> <strong>Purpose:</strong> Aim of this research was study of effect of acupuncture on Shoulder trigger points in patients with<br> Myofascial pain syndrome.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In a randomized trial, 18 patients (7 men and 11 women) with bilateral trigger points in<br> both shoulders were recruited using strict inclusion and exclusion criteria from physical medicine and<br> rehabilitation clinics. The shoulder in one side received acupuncture (3 sessions with 4 days intervals), both<br> contra lateral side, only touch with hand and don&rsquo;t received treatment.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The result showed that average difference of pain in treated shoulder was significant than other<br> shoulder (P=0.001). Active and passive shoulder internal rotation and threshold of pain in treated shoulder was<br> significant than other shoulder (P<0.005).<br> <strong>Discussion:</strong> The evidence suggests that acupuncture significant reduced pain of trigger points.
