fa مقایسه عملکرد حافظه بالینی در جانبازان نابینا و همتایان بینا <p>&nbsp;<strong> مقدمه: ت</strong>جارب دنیای بینایی نقش مهمی در تکوین عملکردهای شناختی مغز دارد. اطلاعات دقیق و سریعی که از بینایی حاصل می‌شود، برای عملکردهای شناختی مغز حیاتی هستند.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> هدف: </strong>هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تفاوت بین عملکرد حافظه بالینی در دو گروه جانبازان نابینا و همتایان بینا است.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه یک مطالعه مقطعی مقایسه‌ای بود که در 137 جانباز دوچشم نابینا و 124 فرد بینا که از نظر سن و تحصیلات همتا بودند، انجام گرفت. به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد حافظه بالینی از آزمون حافظه بالینی وکسلر استفاده شد. تحلیل آماری برای مقایسه دو گروه در نمره این آزمون و خرده آزمون‌های مربوطه به وسیله آزمون آماری‌تی مستقل صورت گرفت.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>سن افراد نابینا 7.69 &plusmn; 41.75 سال و افراد سالم 8.14 &plusmn; 41.86 سال بود. بین جانبازان نابینا و همتایان بینا در خرده آزمون‌های معلومات عمومی، آگاهی به زمان و مکان، تمرکز و کنترل ذهنی، حافظه شنیداری و حافظه عددی و کل آزمون تفاوت معنی‌داری نشان داده شد. (0.0001>P ) مقایسه میانگین‌ها بیانگر این است که کارایی افراد بینا در این آزمون‌ها بالاتر است. در خرده آزمون تداعی کلمات تفاوتی بین دو گروه یافت نشد. (0.054=p&nbsp;)</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>کارایی جانبازان نابینای اکتسابی در حافظه بالینی کمتر از همتایان بینا است و این موضوع می&shy;تواند بیانگر ارتباط بین بینایی و عملکرد حافظه بالینی باشد.</p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Visual world experiences have an important role in the development of cognitive functions of<br> brain. Exact and fast visual information is critical for brain cognitive functions.<br> Pupose: The aim of this study is comparison of clinical memory function of blinds veteran with normal sighted<br> matched person.<br> <strong>Material and Methods</strong>: In this cross-sectional study, we compare 137 blinds and 124 sighted people in clinical<br> memory performance. The test was Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scales-Revised (WAIS-R). Independent T<br> Test was used to comparing blinds with sighted.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Age of blind group was 41.75&plusmn;7.69 and in sighted group was 41.86 &plusmn;8.14. Findings show significant<br> difference between two groups in sub scales and total scores of Wechsler. (P <0.000) Result shows no<br> significant difference in retrieval subscale. (P=0.054)<br> <strong>Discussion:</strong> Based on this study blinds have lower performance in memory functions.
