fa مطالعه فرآیند مصرف دارو در جانبازان شیمیایی و ارایه الگو برای اصلاح مصرف <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<strong> مقدمه: </strong>دارو یکی از کالاهای استراتژیک است و کالاهای استراتژیک معمولا با تغذیه، دفاع و سلامتی کلی جامعه سر و کار دارند و نیازهای اساسی جامعه را در بر می‌گیرند. نیاز به دارو در جانبازان شیمیایی شاید امری انکارناپذیر باشد، ولی نقص در اطلاع از جزئیات مصرف دارو در بیماران پرخطر ممکن است موجب آسیب جدی و دشواری در ادامه زندگی شود.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> هدف: </strong>این پژوهش به منظور مطالعه دانش مصرف دارو در جانبازان شیمیایی روستای نساردیره در نیمه اول سال 1388 انجام شده‌است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<strong> مواد و روش‌ها: پ</strong>ژوهش حاضر از نوع مداخله‌ای که به روش طولی در نیمه اول سال 1388 بر روی 80 نفر از جانبازان و گروه شاهد در روستای نساردیره از توابع شهرستان گیلانغرب استان کرمانشاه انجام. داده‌ها توسط پژوهشگر و همکاران در طی شش ماه با استفاده از مصاحبه، مشاهده، بررسی اسناد پزشکی و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه و چک لیست‌های محقق ساخته مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss12 و آمار توصیفی تحلیل گردید.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>یافته‌های پژوهش جنسیت گروه مقایسه را 18مرد و 22 زن و گروه مداخله را نیز به همین میزان تشکیل دادند. یافته‌های پژوهش میزان آگاهی گروه مداخله و مقایسه را از نظر10 بعد مورد بررسی تقریبا یکسان اما بعد از مداخله افزایش آگاهی در 8 بعد گروه مداخله مثبت و در 2 بعد منفی نشان داده‌شد. مصرف خودسرانه دارو و استفاده از داروهای اورژانسی مثل مسکن‌ها و آرامبخش‌ها از جمله فاکتورهای غیرقابل تغییر در فاصله 6 ماهه بود. بین جنسیت و مصرف داروهای اورژانسی در مردان رابطه معنی‌داری نشان داده شد .</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<strong> بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>نتایج پژوهش وضعیت فعلی مصرف دارو را بحرانی نشان‌داده و استفاده از یک سیستم نگهدارنده به موازات افزایش آگاهی مصدومان پرخطر از جمله مصدومان شیمیایی و ارایه یک الگو برای اصلاح الگوی مصرف را خاطر نشان می‌سازد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Drug is one of strategic goods and strategic goods are often deal with nutrition, defend & health<br> of community and it consist of basic needs of community. Drug need in chemical ventures may undeniable but<br> not having comprehensive knowledge about drug consumption in high risk patients may harm injuries hardly<br> during time that one of it&rsquo;s affects is living with intensive cares because of this reason this survey is aimed to<br> study this rate of chemical ventures&rsquo; awareness about drug consumption and designing a model for reforming<br> consumption.<br> <strong>Purpose:</strong> This research was aimed to study knowledge of drug consumption in chemical ventures in Nesar<br> Direh village in the first half of 1388 solar year.<br> <strong>Method & Materials:</strong> This research is a case comparison study that has done with longitudinal method in the<br> first half of 1388 in 80 chemical ventures of Nesar Direh village in Gillan-e-gharb area in Kermanshah<br> province that separated this sample in 2 groups: 40 persons as intervened group and 40 as comparison one<br> regarding with the same condition. Data was collected by research team with using conversation, observation,<br> survey on documents such as medical descriptions, drugs, inpatient documents, drug basket and etc with using<br> questionnaire and checklist that are designed by researcher (consist of 10 aspects) that is used after measuring<br> it&rsquo;s validity and reliability by professionals idea during 3 stages in 2 weeks and finally acceptance of university<br> teachers. Finally data was analyzed with SPSS12 software and using descriptive statistics methods.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> findings are shown that the sex of comparison group is 18 men and 22 women and also the same in<br> intervened group. Other details of both groups are shown in tables 1 and 2. The rate of knowledge is the same<br> in 10 aspects in both intervened and comparison group before intervention but after that this rate increased in 8<br> aspects but not increased in 2. Willfully drug consumption and using emergency drugs such as calming and<br> conforming drugs are the uncontrolled factors during the research. Also the findings showed that there is<br> significant meaning between the sex and consuming emergency drugs.<br> <strong>Discussion:</strong> The results are shown that consuming drugs are critical now and guide to using maintenance<br> system beside increasing knowledge of high risk injuries such as chemical ventures and designing a model for<br> reforming consumption.
