fa اولویت‌بندی نیازهای جانبازان کمتر از 25% استان گیلان از دید خود و همسران‌شان <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> یکی از فعالیت‌های مستمر موسسات خدماتی معلولان جنگی و جانبازان در کلیه کشورهای دنیا نیازسنجی و شناخت مکانیزم‌های رفع نیاز در جانبازان و خانواده‌هایشان است. این مطالعه با هدف اولویت‌بندی نیازهای جانبازان کمتر از 25% از دید ایشان و همسرانشان در استان گیلان انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش ترکیبی با طرح اکتشافی و نیازسنجی در دو مرحله انجام شد. در ابتدا به‌منظور تدوین مقیاس سنجش نیازها و مکانیزم‌های رفع آنها از طرح کیفی و سپس از طرح توصیفی مقطعی استفاده شد. 384 نفر از جانبازان زیر 25% استان گیلان و 141 نفر از همسران‌شان در سال 1393 به‌روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس محقق‌ساخته طراحی‌شده در مرحله اول استفاده شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS 21</span> با آزمون فریدمن مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> جانبازان به ترتیب به نیازهای روان‌شناختی، آموزشی، اقتصادی، شغلی، جسمانی و پزشکی تاکید داشتند. از نظر همسران آنها نیازهای شغلی اولویت اول و نیازهای اقتصادی، روانی، آموزشی، پزشکی و جسمانی در اولویت‌های بعدی بودند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بازنگری در میزان جانبازی و کمک در رفع بیکاری آنها، مکانیزم رفع نیازها در جانبازان زیر 25% و همسران‌شان در استان گیلان است.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> One of the main ongoing activities of the Veterans Service Organizations in all countries is need-assessing and identifying the mechanisms for satisfying the needs of war veterans and their families. This study aimed to prioritize the needs of less than 25% injured veterans on their own and their spouses&#39; viewpoints in Guilan Province, Iran.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Instrument & Methods:</strong> This combined research with exploratory-need assessment design was performed in 2 stages. At first, a qualitative research design was used in order to develop an assessment scale and mechanisms for satisfying the needs and then a cross-sectional descriptive research was employed. 384 less than 25% injured veterans and 141 of their spouses were randomly selected as study samples. A researcher-developed scale, designed in the first stage, was used for data collection. Data were analyzed in SPSS 21 software by Friedman test.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Findings:</strong> Veterans were emphasized on psychological, educational, occupational, physical, and medical needs, respectively. Based on their spouses&rsquo; view, occupational need is the first priority and economical, psychological, educational, medical, and physical needs were positioned after it.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Revising the level of injury and helping them to find jobs is the satisfying mechanism of less than 25% vetrans of Guilan Province, Iran, and their wives.</p> <p></p> جانبازان, نیازسنجی, همسران Veterans, Needs Assessment, Spouses 133 138 http://ijwph.daneshafarand.org/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1227-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=3 F.
