fa تاثیر بیکاری بر سلامت عمومی جانبازان مشمول حالت اشتغال Impact of Unemployment on the General Health of Employment Standby Veterans’ اهداف: حفظ سلامت عمومی آحاد جامعه، خصوصاً جانبازان، از مهم‌ترین برنامه‌های سیاست‌مداران، قانون‌گذاران و مجریان است. کاردرمانی شامل فعالیت‌های روزمره زندگی، خواب و استراحت، آموزش، شغل، تفریح و سرگرمی و مشارکت اجتماعی است. این پژوهش کیفی با هدف بررسی تاثیر بیکاری بر سلامت عمومی جانبازان انجام شد.   مشارکت‌کنندگان و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش کیفی که در شهر تهران سال 1388 انجام شد، 25 جانباز مرد مشمول قانون حالت اشتغال، به روش اشباع داده‌ها مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه باز و نیمه‌باز و نیمه‌ساختاری جمع‌آوری شد. از شرکت‌کنندگان رضایت شفاهی و آگاهانه کسب شد و ناشناس‌بودن، محرمانه‌ماندن اطلاعات و حق کناره‌گیری آنها در هر مرحله از مصاحبه به آنها اعلام شد. یافته‌ها: در مجموع 45 درون‌مایه فرعی از مصاحبه‌ها استخراج و تحت 5 درون‌مایه اصلی مشکلات خانوادگی (مهم‌ترین درون‌مایه فرعی آن عدم رضایت از ارتباط با خانواده و کاهش نقش مدیریت در خانواده)، مشکلات اجتماعی (مهم‌ترین درون‌مایه فرعی آن کاهش ارتباط با دیگران)، مشکلات جسمی (مهم‌ترین درون‌مایه فرعی آن احساس پیری زودرس)، مشکلات روحی (مهم‌ترین درون‌مایه فرعی آن ناراحتی و غمگینی و احساس مفیدنبودن و مشکلات اقتصادی (مهم‌ترین درون‌مایه فرعی آن کاهش مزایا نسبت به زمان اشتغال) طبقه‌بندی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: جانبازان و فرزندان ایشان، از احساس سرباربودن در جامعه بیشتر از مشکلات اقتصادی همراه بیکاری رنج می‌برند. تنقیح قوانین اشتغال‌زا با هدف‌گیری نقش کار و فعالیت در سلامت افراد جامعه و سعی مجریان در تصویب قوانین حمایتی در جهت ایجاد اشتغال مناسب برای جانبازان با هدف ارتقای سلامت عمومی از ضرورت‌های امروز است. Aims: One of the most important programs of the policymakers, legislators, and administrators is to protect the general health of the citizens and especially, of the veterans. The occupational therapy includes the daily activities such as sleeping and rest, education, occupation, recreation, ad social participation. The aim of the qualitative study was to investigate the effects of unemployment mood on the veterans’ general health.  Participants and Methods: In the qualitative study, 25 male veterans, who were eligible for the employment law, were studied in Tehran, in 2009. Interviews were done via data saturation method. Data was collected by open, semi-open, and semi-structured interviews. Verbal informed consents were taken, and the subjects were informed of anonymity and confidentiality of information, with their right to withdraw at any stage of the interviews. Findings: Totally, 45 sub-themes were extracted from the interviews. The sub-themes were categorized under 5 themes, including family problems, social problems, physical problems, mental problems, and financial problems, their most important sub-themes were dissatisfaction with the families and reduced family management role, reduced relationship with others, feeling of premature aging, sadness and feeling to be not useful, and lower financial helps than the occupation period, respectively. Conclusion: The veterans and their children suffer a feeling of to be burden in society more than the financial problems and unemployment. Nowadays, it is necessary to formulate employment laws aiming at the effects of activities and job on the citizens’ health.
