fa میزان رضایت‌مندی جانبازان تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی و خانواده‌های آنان از خدمات بستری <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 1.45pt;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> کیفیت خدمات درمانی و سطح رضایت‌مندی جانبازان و خانواده آنان از نحوه دریافت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی در سیستم بهداشت عمومی اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی میزان رضایت‌مندی جانبازان تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی و خانواده‌های آنان از خدمات بستری بود.<br> <strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی&nbsp;در سال 1394، سطح رضایت‌مندی 210 نفر از جانبازان تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی و خانواده آنان در بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران از خدمات بستری توسط پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته ارزیابی شد. این افراد به روش تصادفی نمونه‌گیری شدند. داده‌ها توسط آزمون رگرسیون لجستیک تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> سطح رضایت‌مندی از فرآیند ارایه خدمت بستری 91.4%، رضایت از فاصله مکانی محل دریافت خدمت بستری 79.5% و رضایت از فرآیند بازپرداخت هزینه بستری 38.0% بود.&nbsp;هیچ یک از عوامل سن، جنس، سطح سواد، اشتغال، محل سکونت و وضعیت ایثارگری با میزان رضایت‌مندی از فاصله مکانی محل دریافت خدمت بستری ارتباط معنی‌داری نداشتند (0.05<span dir="LTR">p></span>).</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 1.45pt;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: سطح رضایت‌مندی جانبازان تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی و خانواده‌های آنان از خدمات بستری در زمینه فرآیند ارایه خدمت بستری مطلوب است و از لحاظ رضایت از فاصله مکانی محل دریافت خدمت بستری میزان آن قابل قبول است، در حالی که رضایت از فرآیند بازپرداخت هزینه بستری مطلوب نیست. </span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>Methods: The study is a cross-sectional one and after random sampling 210 was studied. The trained interviewers collected the data through telephone interviews. After entering the data through SPSS software, descriptive and analytical statistics were performed using chi-square test and logistic regression analysis.</p> <p>Results: Overall 1800 cases including veterans and their families were studied and between them 210 cases had used inpatient services. These cases were selected randomly. The overall mean age was 46.1 &plusmn; 13.7 years old, 61.9% was male and 90.5% were living in urban areas. About the inpatient services, the satisfaction with the services was 91.4%, satisfaction with the distant of hospital location was 79.5 % and satisfaction with the process of refunding the costs was 38%. Logistic regression analysis was used for assessing the relation of demographic factors, veteran groups and residency place from one side and the rate of satisfaction with the distant of hospital location on the other hand. But there was no meaningful statistical relationship between them. &nbsp;</p> <p>Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that care receivers are satisfied with the inpatient services.
