fa شناخت تجربه بستری مجدد و عوامل اصلی موثر بر آن در جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از حادثه (مطالعه کیفی ) Cognition of Experience of Readmission and Essential Causes Affected in Veterans With Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (Qualitative Study) <h3 dir="rtl" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt tab-stops: 0cm">هدف: هدف این پژوهش شناخت تجربه بستری مجدد و عوامل اصلی مؤثر بر آن در جانباز مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از  حادثه(PTSD) می‌باشد.</h3> مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه کیفی و به روش گراندد تئوری (Grounded theory) انجام شده است. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش 19 نفر از جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD بستری در بیمارستانهای شهید رجائی و نور اصفهان و 6 نفر از همسران آنان می‌باشند. نمونه‌گیری به روش مبتنی بر هدف آغاز شده و تا اشباع اطلاعات ادامه یافت. اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته جمع‌آوری شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش مقایسه‌ای مداوم مطابق با روش اشتروس و کوربین (strauss& corbin) تجزیه و تحلیل گردیده است. یافته ها: هفت مفهوم محوری از دیدگاه مشارکت کنندگان در بستری مجدد جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD نقش اصلی دارد که عبارتند از: عود بیماری روانی، مشکلات دارو و درمان، مشکلات خانوادگی، مشکلات اقتصادی، عود بیماری جسمی همراه، نارضایتی از نگرش منفی جامعه و نارضایتی از سیستم درمانی و حمایتی. نتیجه گیری: جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD مشکلات متعددی  در زمینه عود بیماری روانپزشکی،دارو و درمان،خانوادگی،اقتصادی، نارضایتی از نگرش منفی جامعه و نارضایتی از سیستم درمانی وحمایتی را تجربه میکنند که منجر به بستری مجددانها می شود و ما با کنترل این عوامل می توانیم موجب  بهبود کیفیت زندگی و پیشگیری از بستری مجدد انها شویم .   Abstract      Background and Purpose: The aim of this study was cognition of experience of readmission and essential causes effected in veterans with post traumatic stress disorder.   Materials and Methods: this qualitative study done with grouanded theory. 19 veterans with PTSD that hospitalized in shahid rejaii psychiatry hospital and noor hospital in isfahan and 6 persons of their families were selected for this study. The sampling method was purposeful and continued until data saturation. Data were collected by semi-structural and depth interviews and analysis was done according continues comparison ( strauss &corbin ) method.   Results: Seven core concept of readmission were: recurrent of the mental disorder, drugs and treatment problems, family problems, economic problems, recurrent of somatic disease, the negative attitudes of society, dissatisfaction of supportive and treatment system.   Conclusion: veterans with PTSD experience several problems in recurrent of the mental disorder, drugs and treatment, family, economic, negative attitudes of society, and dissatisfaction of supportive and treatment system lead to readmission of them.
