fa رابطه کارآیی خانواده و سلامت عمومی ایثارگران <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>هدف اساسی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه کارآیی خانواده و سلامت عمومی ایثارگران در استان ایلام بود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. بدین منظور نمونه ای به حجم 400 ایثارگر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی انتخاب شد و پرسشنامه های کارآیی خانواده و سلامت عمومی روی آنها اجرا گردید.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که بین کارآیی خانواده و سلامت عمومی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. بین سازه نقش ها و حل مساله با سلامت عمومی نیز رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد. بعلاوه نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که ‌از بین سازه های کارآیی خانواده، سازه نقش ها و سپس حل مساله به ترتیبب بیشترین تغییرات مربوط به سلامت عمومی را تبیین می کنند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> این نتایج بیانگر نقش و اهمیت کارایی خانواده در سلامت عمومی ایثارگران و خانواده هایشان است و دارای تلویحات کاربردی برای روانشناسان و متخصصان بالینی است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><font face="TimesNewRoman,Bold"><font face="TimesNewRoman,Bold"><strong>Introduction:</strong>&nbsp;general health in Eilam province.</font></font><font face="TimesNewRoman"><font face="TimesNewRoman">&nbsp;The main aim of this research was to study the relation between family function and veterans&rsquo;</font></font></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><font face="TimesNewRoman,Bold"><font face="TimesNewRoman,Bold"><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong>&nbsp;selected through stratified random sampling.
