fa ارتباط بین رضایت شغلی با سلامت روانی در جانبازان شیمیایی <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بسیاری از افراد مانند جانبازان شیمیایی در اثر قرارگیری در معرض گازهای شیمیایی ممکن است اختلالاتی در دستگاه تنفسی داشته باشند که فعالیت‌های روزمره آنها را دچار اختلال کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط رضایت شغلی با سلامت روانی درجانبازان شیمیایی استان گلستان بود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> بدین منظور تعداد 125 جانباز شیمیایی از بین جانبازان شیمیایی شاغل استان گلستان به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. دراین تحقیق از دو پرسشنامه، رضایت شغلی ویسوکی و کروم و پرسشنامه سلامت روانی گلدبرگ برای ارزیابی جانبازان استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون کالموگراف-اسمیرنف جهت تشخیص طبیعی بودن داده‌ها، ازآمارتوصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه (ANOVA)و آزمون تعقیبیLSD درسطح(0.05&ge;p) جهت تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج آزمون پیرسون نشان داد که بین رضایت شغلی با سلامت روانی در جانبازان شیمیایی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد<br> (p-0.001و r-0.3). همچنین نتایج تحقیق در مورد تعیین اختلاف بین رضایت شغلی و سلامت روانی براساس سطح تحصیلات جانبازان شیمیایی نشان داد که فقط در رضایت شغلی براساس سطح تحصیلات تفاوت معنی-داری وجود دارد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج تحقیق ارتباط مثبت و معناداری را بین رضایت شغلی با سلامت روانی در جانبازان شیمیایی نشان داد. لذا با توجه به این امر پیشنهاد می‌شود که به رضایت شغلی جانبازان شیمیایی توجه بیشتری شود تا از این طریق به بهبود سلامت روانی این قشر از جامعه کمک شود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> many peoples such as chemical veterans due to exposing in chemical gas may be having a dysfunction in their respiratory systems which disrupt daily activity. The purpose of this research was the relationship between job satisfaction and mental health in chemical veterans of Golestan province.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methodology: </strong>for this purpose, 125 chemical veterans were selected from Golestan&rsquo;s veterans as samples. In this study, two questionnaires were used to evaluate veterans: Wysocki & Kromm job satisfaction, Goldberg mental health questionnaire. These tests were used to analyze data: K-S test to determine normality of data, Descriptive Statistics, The Pearson&rsquo;s correlation coefficient, ANOVA test and LSD Post hoc test at level (p &ge; 0.05).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results of Pearson&rsquo;s test showed that there is a positive significant relation between mental health in chemical veterans (p=0.001, r=0.3). Also, the result of the research about the difference between job satisfaction and mental health according to chemical veterans&rsquo; education degrees showed that there is a significant difference only in job satisfaction based on education degree.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed a positive significant relation between job satisfaction and mental health in chemical veterans.
