fa میزان رضایت جانبازان با قطع عضو ترانس‌تیبیال از پروتز و خدمات پروتزی <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>ا</strong><strong>هداف:</strong>&nbsp;بررسی میزان رضایت جانبازان دچار قطع عضو، از پروتز و سرویس‌دهی در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی به‌منظور پی‌بردن به مشکلات و رفع آنها بسیار حایز اهمیت است.<a name="OLE_LINK12"></a>&nbsp;هدف این مطالعه، ارزیابی میزان رضایت جانبازان استفاده‌کننده از پروتز و خدمات پروتزی در مرکز ارتوز و پروتز کوثر تهران بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1394، 100 نفر از جانبازان با قطع عضو ترانس‌تیبیال استفاده‌کننده از پروتز اندام تحتانی مرکز کوثر تهران (ایران) به‌صورت سرشماری در مطالعه شرکت کردند. رضایت این افراد از پروتز و خدمات پروتزی توسط پرسش‌نامه رضایت‌سنجی&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">OPUS</span>&nbsp;(بررسی استفاده‌کنندگان ارتوز و پروتز) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. آنالیزهای آماری به‌کمک نرم‌افزار&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">SPSS 22</span>&nbsp;و با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه، آزمون پست‌هوک و آزمون مجذور کای انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;میانگین نمره رضایت از پروتز 11.62&plusmn;45.94 بود که بیشترین امتیاز مربوط به آسان پوشیده‌شدن پروتز و کمترین امتیاز مربوط به هزینه‌های تعمیر و تعویض قطعات پروتزی بود. همچنین میانگین نمره رضایت از خدمات 22.14&plusmn;65.77 به‌دست آمد که بیشترین امتیاز مربوط به ادب و احترام مناسب کارمندان و کمترین امتیاز مربوط به آموزش دریافت‌شده برای استفاده و نگه‌داری از پروتز بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong>&nbsp;رضایت جانبازان قطع عضو ترانس‌تیبیال از پروتز و خدمات پروتزی در سطح نسبتاً بالایی است، اما این نسبت در مورد هزینه‌های مربوط به تعمیر و تعویض قطعات پروتزی و آموزش کافی به‌منظور استفاده و نگه‌داری از پروتز کاهش می‌یابد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> To investigate the amputee veterans&rsquo; satisfaction in the prosthesis and the services provided by the health and care centers is very important to find out the problems and to solve them. The aim of this study was to assess the veterans&rsquo; satisfaction in the utilized prosthesis and the prosthetic services provided by Kowsar Orthotic and Prosthetic Center in Tehran.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Instrument & Methods:</strong> In the descriptive cross-sectional study, 100 veterans with transtibial amputation, who used to utilize the low-limb prosthesis of Tehran Kowsar Center (Iran), were selected via census method. The orthotic prosthetic user survey (OPUS) was used to assess the subjects&rsquo; satisfaction in the prosthesis and the prosthetic services. Data was analyzed by SPSS 22 software using one-way ANOVA, post-hoc, and Chi-square tests.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Findings:</strong> The mean score of satisfaction in the prosthesis was 45.94&plusmn;11.62. In addition, the easy wearing prosthesis and the costs of repair and replacement of the prosthetic pieces received maximum and minimum scores, respectively. The mean score of satisfaction in the provided services was 65.77&plusmn;22.14. In addition, the proper politeness of the employees and the conducted trainings for the utilization and maintenance of the prosthesis received maximum and minimum scores, respectively.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The satisfaction level of the veterans with transtibial amputation in the prosthetic services is relatively high.
